Day got sent Jeremiah's brother's ring at her doorstep so she knew she had to get the ring to Jeremiah. They hadn't seen each other in three years because they had bad communication and trust issues, so when they get thrown together this way all hell breaks loose for them as their emotions go haywire. They had deep feelings for each other before and that didn't change in the three years they were apart. They have both changed and are not the same people they were before and sometimes they learned from their past mistakes and sometimes they didn't.

I loved Jeremiah and Day's relationship when it was good. He was her Dom and she couldn't help but submit to him no matter how hard she tried. There were so many hot scenes and the sex was a major part of this book. I enjoyed it but I didn't feel like they communicated much, Jeremiah would disappear for days without a word, he'd come back and couldn't say what was going on. I don't feel like there was a big climax in the story, no pun intended lol. The problem with the ring got resolved and that's it.

I did enjoy the ending, it was so cute and unexpected. I felt like their love could withstand anything. I love the dom/sub setting, I don't read that very often, there are so many variations of that world and I've read so little of it that it's always intriguing to me.  

This story was written in dual POVs and I love that, knowing what's going on from both sides. I enjoyed it and recommend it, you're in for a sexy and steamy read.

Mallory was running away from her fiance because he was abusive, selfish, and a drug addict. She was pretty much terrified of him the whole book, thinking that he was going to find her. With no other option, she stayed with her sister who inherited her late husband's fortune and with that she built a business. To the general public it was a spa but to specific members it was a sex club and they taught naughty classes. In one part of the book, Mallory sees her sister-in-law in the spa part of the building, so she runs not knowing where she's going and ends up going to the sexy part and falls into a sex education class. One the funniest things I have ever read! I swear! Mallory then has to explain why she picked that class since she was late, but she wasn't late, she just stumbled into that class. So she says that she wants to learn the fine art of... I can't say cause it's too naughty and the most hilarious thing ever. OMG so funny. 

Anyway, Mallory gets to have a bodyguard/babysitter because she's not into the naughty side of the house so Max is there to show her the sights and to keep her entertained. I love the way that he is there for her emotionally and he won't let anyone hurt her. At first it was just a job to him to look out for her, but then he started to get curious about her. He liked the fact that Mallory wasn't part of his world, he wanted to teach her. Couture was the name that people saw on the outside, fashion, models, and beautiful clothes. Now Club Inferno was only for the VIP guests, (the naughty part) Max was a dom and he was also an instructor of a few classes, among them was kickboxing and the only class Mallory actually wanted to take. I really enjoyed seeing Mallory and Max's relationship flourish,he wanted to take it slow with her and was careful not to push her. I also liked that he was a dom that didn't participate, just watched. There were many explicit scenes, nothing too crazy. I loved taking the journey with Mallory as Max did different things to her and seeing her reactions to them. 

The banter between Mallory and her sister Colleen was hilarious. They teased each other to no end, nothing hurtful just fun. And the story behind the dolphin bushes was so funny, obviously there's more to that story that Mallory later figured out. Even though the sisters weren't close Colleen would do anything to keep Mallory safe, it was very endearing, reading between the lines of their jokes. They became close and learned new things about each other.   

The ending I thought was so sweet, Max was so thoughtful and creative. He led Mallory into his world and to her surprise she liked it and wanted more, when Max already couldn't get enough of her.
He wanted Mallory and he didn't care that she came with drama, to him she was special, to be treasured. And he did just that. 

I enjoyed the dual POVs, I wanted to know what Max did in his spare time and I wanted to know his secrets which I found out, and let me tell you, he has a big heart, not only for Mallory. He had compassion when it wasn't deserved, but that was his personality. I couldn't help but love him.

I fell in love with this story, the characters and Penelope's style of writing. I could not get enough. I've read the previous books and Jake was an incredible character with a secret that made him stand out more that your average hot guy, damaged character. So just from this book's blurb I knew I was in for an emotional ride that I would not soon forget. This book made me laugh, cry, rock myself in corner, it just felt so real. The characters jumped out of the pages, that is Penelope's writing at it's full affect. She made me love the characters, hate them at times and one in particular I wanted to beat the shit out of, but don't worry you'll want to do that too when you read this. 

 This story shows you that the most beautiful thing can come out of tragedy. If you can't get through the dark, you can't reach the light. It was heartbreaking and beautiful.

Penelope's characters are definitely one of a kind. Skylar went through so much in her life, her future was altered by different circumstances and I was pissed about it the whole book. I really felt bad for her because of everything that happened to her. Skylar could sense what other people were feeling and with certain people she felt a strong connection, which she felt with Mitch. She could tell when he was lying or feeling sad and when he would shut her out she knew how to get him to open up. People are hard to figure out and I was glad that they didn't jump around too much with their feelings.  

Mitch was in a category all on his own, he was loving, compassionate, supportive. The perfect guy on so many levels.

Let me just say that the weeping orgasm, wow just wow. Talk about a flood of emotions, understandably. Mitch and Skylar wanted to be together for so long that they couldn't help all the emotions that were flooding over them. It because a joke later but it was the cutest thing.

**The boy. The teenager. The man. His eyes were the one constant and the window into the soul of all three. I'd loved them all equally.**

The only thing that bothered me was that Mitch went off to college and left Skylar behind. After what they had been through together, this was an obstacle that they didn't need. Skylar had just came home from her dad's house and recovering from a traumatic experience to say the least and Mitch leaves for school, that's crazy and I couldn't believe it.  

I loved Davey, omg he was hilarious. We all need a friend like him around. He said rude sarcastic comments at the worse times, gotta love him. He was also the friend that kept you grounded when you were falling, supported you when you were beaten down, and made you laugh when you couldn't stand. 

I also loved that Nina and Jake were in this book. I'm so glad they weren't forgotten because I love Jake, he was so funny always said they wrong things at the right time, (yes you read it right). That was his charm, lol. 

The plot was full of twists and turns, betrayals, love, and beauty. This book broke my heart, but it back together, to have it break over and over again. I wanted Skylar and Mitch to be together so bad, I wish I could have seen them together more in the book. They were so cute together.

My roommates look really good naked. At least one of them does. I’m sure the other one does too, but I haven’t seen him without his pants on. Living with two guys wasn't something I’d ever considered, but the opportunity fell in my lap, and I’d have been crazy to turn it down.

College went by in a great big blur leaving me with less of a direction than I had going in. Add in a family that wanted nothing to do with me, and my post-college plans were less than clear. What’s a girl to do when she has nowhere else to turn? She moves to the Outer Banks and learns to bartend. After all, it was my horrible bartending skills that led me to my roommate’s bed and into his heart.

I thought this story was cute and fluffy, although it had it's naughty moments but nothing dark. This story is about Carly and Macon, two roommates trying to fight the attraction they have for each other until they can't anymore and they just collide together. I liked both of these characters and I loved that there were other characters from the previous book, Colin and Maddy. Colin is Carly's brother. They were a lot in this book and I liked that because that way I feel like the author didn't forget about the other characters. I like how they all have a close nit relationship, they're there for each other. 

Carly and Macon tried fight their feelings toward each other and he even acted like the 'big brother' by saving her from random guys that he thought weren't any good for her. Yeah right big brother, he was a jealous alpha with anger issues, but that's how I like them. I like reading about how a guy feels about his girl, so I loved that this book was dual POV. Not all books are and when it's only the girl's POV I feel like I'm missing something. 

I liked Carly and Macon's chemistry together, I feel like they were a good match and could really make it. I also liked them as characters individually, Macon was very supportive of Carly and did sweet things to show that he cared for her, I thought that was cute. The plot and the writing was also good, no complaints.
