Feature Follow is a weekly blog hop. For more information and to join go to Parajunkee'sblog or Alison Can Read's Blog This weekly feature is all about meeting new bloggers and making new friends. Post a comment on this post saying that you're a follower and I will follow back.

Question of the Week: Recommend some of your favorite back-list books - books that are at least a few years old (I’m thinking 5-10 years old rather than classics)

Twilight (Twilight, #1)    Immortal (Immortal, #1)    The Hollow (The Hollow, #1)

Moon Spell (The Tale of Lunarmorte, #1)   City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1)

Twilight was what started it all for me. I wasn't an avid reader before I read it, which was after it came out on DVD. I watched it and immediately bought the book, read it, and bought the rest of the books. I started reading again sometime after Breaking Dawn part 2 came out. Then I read in the order above and I haven't stopped reading since.

How about you guys, what's on your list?

  1. Nice. Twilight seems to be big on being a starter book for many people. I was already craving and reading paranormal long before it came out. I've always been a reader and after I read my first vampire book at 13 I was pretty much sold for paranormal!

  2. I was also reading paranormal long before Twilight came out. But Twilight seems to have been a starting book for many people and I'm glad because there's no such thing as too many book lovers :)

  5. I haven't read all of the books on your list, but I agree about Twilight! I had already read a lot, but for a few years I hadn't had time to read - so when I got to Twilight, I really got started again.

Thanks for stopping by earlier. Happy Friday!

    1. It was unique to me since I hadn't read anything like it before but The Hollow is pretty similar.

  7. Hey, you have some interesting books there. I should really check some of them out.
I'm an old follower. I have also nominated you for the Liebster Blog Award, if you feel like it... you just have to come by my blog and have a look at the questions, then pass it around to other bloggers. I don't know if this is a different award to the one you already have. But it doesn't hurt to collect nominations right? ;)
    Have a nice day!
